Lead daily operations of a Lolli & Pops/Hammond’s Candies store, driving KPI performance, sales, and guest experience. Hire, train, coach, and develop your team with strong succession planning. Manage store assets, safety/security compliance, cash-handling procedures, and accurate payroll/labor records. Partner with mall management on marketing and promotional events while working traditional retail hours.

•Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store goals.
•Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members while ensuring succession planning and development of future leaders.
•Lead excellent customer service through in-the-moment coaching, role modeling, and using customer feedback to improve service quality.
•Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts.
•Maintain store standards for visual merchandising and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety/security policies and cash handling procedures.

Key Requirements

•1 year of proven, results-driven retail store manager experience is helpful.
•Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach both guests and team members.
•Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.
•Maintain an eye for detail including cleanliness, merchandising, and quality of the customer experience.
•Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
