Job Summary

Execute and coordinate Salesforce’s enterprise Skills Capability Framework, moving from a static, job-based skills model to a living, AI-informed capability layer. Lead verification workflows (inferred vs. verified), evidence triggers, and Skills Graph/data architecture coordination to power AI-assisted talent matching, agent task routing, and reskilling recommendations. Partner across ES Product, Talent Intelligence, Workforce Blueprint, and Skills COE to deliver Phase 1 POC, roadmap tracking, and V2MOM reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Operationalize the enterprise Skills Capability Framework and coordinate alignment with enterprise job architecture for future human-agent task allocation models.
•Own skills-to-capability verification delivery, including inferred vs. verified flagging, evidence trigger workflows, and a four-step verification workflow powering AI-assisted talent matching and routing.
•Coordinate Skills Graph and related data architecture activities with ES Product, Talent Intelligence, and Workforce Blueprint, supporting Phase 1 capability framework delivery and implementation tasks in Eightfold.
•Embed skills and capabilities into the talent value chain, including FY27 performance cycle touchpoints and skills-based hiring integration with Talent TA, using established Job Skills Validation methodology.
•Execute Phase 1 capability proof-of-concept, maintain Q2 roadmap tracking, and report against V2MOM measures and downstream talent outcome metrics.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years in talent strategy, workforce development, skills/capability coordination, or HR technology with familiarity with skills intelligence platforms (Eightfold, Workday, Cornerstone, Lightcast or equivalent).
•Experience supporting capability/competency/ontological frameworks connected to performance, technology systems, or AI-driven talent platforms.
•Ability to operate at the intersection of people strategy and data/product delivery, translating between HR frameworks and product/tech teams building agentic talent experiences.
•Strong organizational and project management skills coordinating across matrixed teams in fast-moving AI-transformation environments.
•Fluency with AI tools and working knowledge of Skills Graph concepts, talent intelligence infrastructure, or skills data models.
