Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary program manager and point of contact for strategic U.S. Government contracts, coordinating customer interaction, requirements, satisfaction, and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate and execute a portfolio of programs in parallel, balancing priorities and ensuring consistent delivery.
  • •Partner with matrixed cross-functional teams to deliver contract milestones and technical objectives.
  • •Coordinate government customer relationships, including regular reporting, technical reviews, and contract negotiations/modifications.
  • •Establish program governance and develop/manage detailed program plans (including IMS and risk registers), ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and security requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 67,900 - 116,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active U.S. Government security clearance required and must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Strong project management experience managing U.S. Government contracts (DoD, IC, or other federal agencies).
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract types (FFP, CPFF, OTA, etc.), and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience managing large, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment with the ability to influence and drive execution.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, plus PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
