Technician- Test I USA (Crew A)

Perform day-to-day reliability testing in the Reliability Lab to ensure product performance and warranty commitments under outdoor exposure extremes. Operate and safely load standard reliability stress test equipment, run baseline and post-test measurements, and handle warranty returns. Enter and analyze reliability test data, follow control plans and OCAP steps when modules are out of spec, and communicate abnormal findings immediately. Assist with training new technicians and support supervisor-assigned tasks.
