Customer Support (Weds - Sun)

Provide responsive, brand-aligned customer support across Email, social channels, and chat for a fast-paced e-commerce brand. Manage order issues, coordinate with internal teams, and engage with the community to enhance the Youtooz fan experience. Work remotely 4 days mid-week to weekend, collaborating with a small, passionate customer support team to deliver exceptional service.
