Lead banking operations for your territory, managing financial centers and lending activities across C&I, RES, and CRE. Key Responsibilities

•Manage all banking activity within the territory, including financial centers and C&I, RES, and CRE lending.
•Achieve combined net income goals and drive profitability for the city/territory.
•Foster a sales culture across financial center and banking staff and meet established sales goals.
•Ensure customer service standards that support the FirstBank Experience and address results from secret shoppers and management observations.
•Recruit, engage, develop, and retain staff while maintaining asset quality, training compliance, and adherence to bank policies with no audit findings.

Key Requirements

•Five or more years of supervisory experience managing multiple branches and/or a commercial lending staff.
•Minimum of 10 years of relevant branch operations and/or branch sales experience in a financial institution.
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must be active and visible in the community to promote FirstBank and enhance business development efforts.
•Must be willing to initiate outside sales calls.
