Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate large-scale programs composed of multiple interdependent initiatives.
•Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Client Services teams.
•Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs while driving accountability without direct authority.
•Ensure end-to-end readiness for milestones, releases, and program deliverables, including stepping in to unblock teams and drive decisions.
•Drive execution frameworks (Agile or hybrid) and provide executive-level reporting, using tools such as Jira/Jira Align, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD; alternatively 8+ years of relevant experience.
•7+ years of experience in program or project management within technology or product environments.
•Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing, highly matrixed environments and drive execution without direct authority.
•Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe or hybrid delivery models, plus experience with tools such as Jira/Jira Align, Confluence, Rally, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
