Key Responsibilities

•You will drive new business by engaging in outbound activity, in addition to SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.
•Identify and target accounts thoughtfully and position the benefits of RemoFirst in collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams.
•Present a demo and take a consultative approach to demonstrate RemoFirst’s value for the prospect.
•Close accounts at a high velocity and manage complex deals to meet or exceed KPIs.
•Track and report progress using the company CRM and provide feedback to improve the sales process and tech stack.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role.
•Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a strong plus; Previous EOR experience is a big plus.
•Consultative selling experience.
