Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced client maintenance support, problem resolution, and sales functions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines.
  • •Meet or exceed client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand, and retain relationships.
  • •Conduct consultative conversations to support the team sales process and act on or refer complex client needs and financial goals to internal specialists.
  • •Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and advance sales and product knowledge through meetings, training classes, and web-based learning.
  • •Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, and ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of client sales and service experience.
