Job Summary

Lead and direct a team of Loan Administration Managers overseeing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan administration. Review and negotiate CRE construction, REIT, and term loan documents; perfect the bank’s interest; and manage loan portfolios from approval through payoff or maturity. Partner with Deal Teams, including Relationship Managers and Underwriting, to close new relationships and expand existing ones while driving prudent risk management through term sheet execution, due diligence, and loan closing.

•Provide direction and leadership for a team of Loan Administration Managers and their respective teams.
•Review and/or negotiate CRE construction, REIT, and term loan documents, perfect the bank's interest, and administer loan portfolios from approval through maturity or payoff.
•Manage and coordinate CRE Loan Administration lending and portfolio management activities for an assigned area/region.
•Collaborate with Deal Team members to ensure prudent risk management from term sheet execution through loan closing and due diligence review, including negotiation with outside counsel.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•5 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration or related field, including project management/management experience.
•Thorough knowledge of credit policies, procedures, terminology, and regulations.
•Thorough knowledge of real estate lending including letters of credit, borrower based lending, multi-phased construction, and multiple collateral properties.
•Experience managing people in a commercial credit environment.
