Disease Claims Handler

Handle short- and long-tail disease insurance claims within Davies’ Casualty team. You’ll liaise with insurers, policyholders, and brokers; investigate claims from the desk or via field adjusters; gather evidence and documentation; determine actions for resolution; prepare reports with policy and indemnity advice; negotiate settlements within authority; and keep reserves under regular review, all while following documented procedures.
