Production Supervisor

Oversee the full production process on the plant floor, monitoring yields and making real-time adjustments to maintain safety, USDA health standards, and trusted product quality. Lead and train hourly production employees to meet targets on time and to specifications, run daily floor walk-throughs and monthly line meetings, and drive clear cross-level communication. Track production metrics, improve efficiency, minimize downtime and costs, and supervise routine equipment and facility maintenance.
