Key Responsibilities

  • •Be accountable for the performance of two distributed engineering squads by setting expectations, delegating effectively, coaching team members, and addressing performance gaps.
  • •Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
  • •Lead discovery with squads by engaging customers, community members, and internal users; combine feedback with research and usage evidence to shape roadmaps and priorities.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies, and make trade-offs between customer needs, investments, and operational demands.
  • •Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement, surfacing risks early and intervening when commitments are at risk.
