Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and guide a small team of Data Analysts to develop new solutions and maintain or improve existing solutions.
  • •Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing data (production metrics, process flow, and resource utilization) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability; support capacity planning and workforce management.
  • •Partner with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing solutions leveraging analytics that improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • •Lead kaizen, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma initiatives and provide manufacturing input for new product development to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role, delivering tangible insights implemented to drive results.
  • •2+ years of experience directly managing a team or experience in complex, cross-functional project management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •Strong data visualization and analytics skills using tools such as SQL, Python, TypeScript, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, and MS VBA.
  • •Experience applying lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
