Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while driving individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, and meet KPIs through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while developing personal sales plans and meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining floor/stockroom standards.

Key Requirements

•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service standards.
