Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Use software/technology and hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and mentor team members; remain flexible for overtime and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (or accredited technical school completion); typically 10+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Demonstrated experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and commissioning commercial boiler systems (hot water and steam).
  • •Strong knowledge of boiler controls, burners, combustion systems, pumps, piping arrangements, and associated safety devices.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations; EPA certification is preferred.
