Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to understand, plan, manage, and sustain change, ensuring client success.
  • •Partner to assess change initiatives, identify integration points and impacted audiences, and evaluate change impact.
  • •Create change management strategies including sustainment plans; consult on implementation and adjust for resistance and acceptance.
  • •Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify readiness gaps and support transitions with change activities.
  • •Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of directly related experience in organizational change management, communication, organizational development, marketing, human resources, and/or project delivery; 2 years must include change management experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of project management and/or change management and demonstrated application to work products.
  • •Experience partnering for client success and applying emotional intelligence to overcome resistance and coach/influence leaders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to develop communications materials for multiple audiences.
