Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules (strategic planning, innovation and demand management, portfolio/project/program management, resource and financial planning, timecard and benefits realization, and enterprise agile planning).
  • •Configure scoring, prioritization, demand-to-project conversion, project templates, reporting, resource allocation, capacity planning, cost/benefit plans, and planning-item workflows.
  • •Build and maintain SPM workspaces, dashboards, reports, and role-based user experiences.
  • •Integrate SPM with Jira, Azure DevOps, ERP/financial systems, HR platforms, and other enterprise applications using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • •Design and support AI-enabled flows and agentic workflows with human review, including AI prompt templates/mappings, testing, evaluation, tuning, and responsible-AI compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation or enhancement experience.
  • •Strong ServiceNow development skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and scoped applications.
  • •Experience with SPM data models, workspaces, reports/dashboards, import sets/transform maps, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • •Knowledge of generative AI/prompt engineering and AI skills for agentic workflows with human review.
  • •Experience with AI capability testing (functional/security/negative/hallucination/regression) and evaluation of output quality and failures.
