Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle quotation and placement management for consumer lines, including obtaining insurer quotations, comparing options, negotiating terms, and issuing confirmation and documents on time.
  • •Administer policies by ensuring transactions (new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations) are accurately processed, reviewed for compliance, and properly documented in the broker management system.
  • •Manage renewals by obtaining renewal quotations 45 days before expiry, comparing to prior year coverage and pricing, tracking progress weekly, and preventing lapses in coverage.
  • •Maintain insurer and product relationships by monitoring insurer performance and response times, and providing feedback to support product development and new insurer onboarding.
  • •Ensure operational excellence and compliance by following regulatory and company standards, supporting audits and reconciliations, and participating in training and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • •2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, or placement within a broker or insurer.
  • •Strong technical understanding of motor and consumer insurance products.
  • •Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • •Good command of Excel and CRM or policy management systems, with attention to detail and accuracy.
