Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive account growth and profitability using retail math, product/pricing opportunities, and sales tactics.
  • •Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to adidas sales and profitability targets.
  • •Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned accounts in collaboration with marketing and retail activation.
  • •Produce accurate quarterly forecasts and track orders from point of sale through shipment.
  • •Track profitability, manage credit claims, and resolve customer compliance issues including freight claims, charge-backs, shipping violations, and returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Strong business acumen with ability to use financial data (margins, retail math, forecasts/projections, percentages, ratios) to make decisions.
  • •Ability to negotiate skilfully in tough situations with internal and external contacts.
  • •Strong communication, organization, presentation, and problem-solving skills, including delivering high customer service.
  • •Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to lift/carry samples and bags up to 25 lbs.
