Intel Foundry Process Integration and Yield Technician - Metrology

Join Intel Foundry’s manufacturing team as a Process Integration and Yield Technician focused on metrology and production quality. Monitor tool and process performance, identify defects, analyze test/inspection results, and investigate yield loss through root-cause work. Review OOS events, operate inspection equipment under SOPs, collect and document data, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support corrective actions and continuous improvement. This role is onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon on a night shift schedule.
