Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety & awareness by leading meetings and training to reinforce safety and asset protection protocols.
  • •Maintain strong presence on the selling floor (75–80% of time) to deter theft and support a safe, welcoming environment.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and handle incidents professionally and calmly.
  • •Partner with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
  • •Execute required audits and prepare asset protection reports; adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements; support multiple locations and represent Sephora in court if required.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
  • •Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
  • •Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
  • •Conflict de-escalation skills.
  • •Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools; physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
