•Shape and execute the Internal Consulting strategic roadmap aligned with firm-wide priorities and represent the function in governance and planning forums.
•Lead and oversee enterprise-wide transformation programs across a global portfolio, driving measurable business outcomes and delivery excellence.
•Provide senior oversight and coaching to Directors and engagement leads, building and developing a high-performing consulting team.
•Evolve Internal Consulting’s operating model, methodologies, and service offerings while championing innovation and knowledge sharing.
•Maintain trusted senior client relationships, collaborate with business sponsors on strategy and execution plans, and align people, processes, and technology for transformation success.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of combined experience, including leading large-scale financial services engagements in a consulting environment (asset management and/or technology preferred).
•Lead change management initiatives and manage multiple large-scale technology projects in a corporate setting.
•Manage and develop a diverse team, preferably with global management experience, with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring.
•Align technology resources with business strategies and manage initiatives using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Lean.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or similar field required (master’s preferred), or equivalent work experience.
