Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operations by addressing safety, quality and productivity based on defined work processes.
•Co-create, validate and implement systemic solutions in collaboration with Process Development teams.
•Ensure execution of work processes with regional teams and external Excellence/Operational partners.
•Perform operational and financial feasibility analyses of projects to guide investment decisions.
•Apply and promote Lean methodologies in fulfillment processes to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related fields
•Strong command of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; track record of cost-saving projects; technical knowledge or postgraduate in this area
•Green Belt certification (desired Black Belt)
•Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, among others)
•Ability to identify and implement priority operational improvements ensuring security, quality and productivity according to defined work processes
