Execute regression and compliance-oriented testing, track defect metrics, and collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to improve test processes and overall reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain automated test scripts for protocol stacks, boot ROM, and drivers.
•Build and enhance test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
•Design hardware-in-the-loop test fixtures and harnesses, including continuous integration testing for embedded software components.
•Execute regression testing and follow testing standards/quality gates, including collecting metrics on coverage and defect effectiveness.
•Collaborate with development teams by communicating test results, participating in defect triage, and supporting integration and certification/compliance testing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
•2–5 years of experience in embedded systems testing.
•Experience testing embedded systems and wireless communication protocols.
•Knowledge of wireless protocol stacks (Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi-SUN or similar) and embedded boot/system initialization.
•Experience with device driver testing, hardware interfaces, and hardware debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers).
