Key Responsibilities

•Monitor Registration Authority (RA) Operations for DoD PKI compliance and audit readiness.
•Provide outstanding customer support and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
•Issue Non-Person Entity (NPE), user, admin, group, role, VIP, and mobile code-signing certificates.
•Support certificate revocation, suspension, and restoration on Unclassified and Classified networks.
•Assist registration and termination of RAs and Trusted Agents (TAs).

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in Information Assurance / Cybersecurity
•1-3 years of experience in DoD or Federal PKI / PKE
•0-1 years' experience as Registration Authority (RA) / Key Recovery Agent on NIPR and SIPR
•DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+) certification
•Strong customer-service and communication skills
