Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for all communications with foreign institutional clients.
  • •Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and responsive issue management.
  • •Prepare market news updates and due diligence materials, and contribute to RFP content.
  • •Conduct service reviews to ensure service quality and maximize client satisfaction.
  • •Handle client queries and analyze regulatory/practice changes, coordinating clarifications with local authorities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years’ experience in the securities industry and/or commercial/institutional banking, with proven experience servicing foreign institutional clients.
  • •Experience in custody services and/or a client-facing role is an advantage.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
