Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives across sites as a reliability subject matter expert.
  • •Partner with manufacturing sites to implement reliability excellence model elements and develop reliability/maintenance strategies.
  • •Maintain and analyze reliability data, manage reliability metrics, and drive gap closure actions and regular audits.
  • •Use RAM analysis and proactive maintenance approaches (RCM/FMEA/Pareto) to optimize mechanical equipment maintenance strategies.
  • •Lead reliability culture programs and training, conduct failure analysis/root cause investigations guidance, and serve as Lead GAIS auditor.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering (chemical, electrical, or mechanical) or an appropriate engineering degree.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in refining, petrochemical, or industrial plant environments (10+ years preferred).
  • •General knowledge of project management, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable engineering/inspection codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI, PIP) and their application.
  • •Proficiency applying lean manufacturing tools to preventive and predictive maintenance, plus experience analyzing reliability and maintenance data (RAM/Weibull preferred).
