  • •Proven experience with RTA (Roads and Transportation Authority) projects in the Middle East.
  • •Advanced proficiency with quantity surveying software, CAD applications, and land-information management systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting, plus construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
