Manage allocated customer accounts for the Kitchen Maintenance Solutions team in line with contracted agreements. Ensure high client satisfaction and profitability by balancing customer needs and business requirements, driving contract KPI/SLA performance, and acting as the main day-to-day point of contact. Drive organic growth, ad-hoc revenue, and new business opportunities across the Abu Dhabi region, coordinating closely with technical teams to deliver end-to-end service.
