Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning/grooming, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
  • •Maintain JIRA and other team information radiators; ensure definition of done is clear across story, sprint, and release levels.
  • •Mentor and coach teams on Agile values, principles, practices, and processes to enable self-organizing and sustainable improvements.
  • •Work with product management on release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized, and visible to stakeholders.
  • •Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and impediments; facilitate decisions and conflict resolution; participate in Scrum of Scrums for cross-team coordination.
