Job Summary

Deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading financial services and/or insurance clients from client site. You’ll conduct analysis and design work, provide consulting support, and help define the gap between current and future states through procedures, controls, requirements, and functional specifications. Partner with business and technical users, manage workstreams and project timelines, and communicate project status to senior management while applying capabilities such as digital transformation and data/finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to identify gaps between current and future states and propose process/report/application enhancements.
•Serve as a liaison between business and technical users to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
•Deliver and manage projects, individuals’ workstreams, and communicate project status to senior management.
•Work on client site to deliver change initiatives across financial services including investment banking, retail banking, technology, wealth, and insurance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a management consultant (top management consulting firm or generalist problem solving) across Financial Services (mandatory).
•Background in Financial Services within core capability areas: Digital Transformation, Data Strategy/Data Management/Data Analytics, Business & Finance Transformation, or IT Transformation.
•Strong end-to-end problem solving skills, including defining and deconstructing problems.
•Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and senior management.
•Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables and communicate project findings effectively.
