Job Summary

Assess information needs and design studies to analyze metrics, manage data and moderate-complexity data/analytics projects, and present key findings to business leaders. Build and model data warehouse programs, support audit of source data, and develop ad hoc and recurring reporting. Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to set data/analytics goals, measure effectiveness, analyze trends, and use quantitative techniques to drive performance improvements.

•Model and develop data warehouse programs of moderate complexity to meet business needs; analyze metrics and support audit of source data.
•Use programming languages and software tools to create ad hoc and recurring reports; analyze financial implications of decisions and identify approaches to resolve business problems.
•Support planning, development, modeling, implementation, and reporting of related data.
•Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to define short- and long-term data and analytics goals; measure effectiveness of strategies in driving performance improvement.
•Analyze the current landscape and trends; recommend changes to business strategies and tactics as appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems, or related field; or Associate degree with 4 years; or High school diploma/GED with 6 years.
•Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, SPSS, Python, R, or other related data analysis programs.
•Experience with datasets plus programming, querying, and reporting design.
•Understanding of analysis and research and the ability to develop, maintain, and monitor enterprise data governance policies and standards (preferred).
•Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and flow-charting software; research-specific statistical report writing software proficiency (preferred).
