Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify needs and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open and manage a range of consumer and business accounts and products, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships using centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
