Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate project and move execution through closeout, including site walks, inventories, move execution, and decommissioning activities.
  • •Track accounts receivable and follow up on client payments.
  • •Manage revenue tracking, financial reporting, and project financial reconciliation; monitor budgets, invoices, and overall financial status.
  • •Coordinate invoice and billing activities, including purchase order creation, tracking, and management; maintain project and financial dashboards and reporting.
  • •Lead onsite vendor execution by communicating expectations, coordinating activities, addressing issues in real time, and supporting project managers with day-to-day delivery and project controls.
