Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing communications, schedules, meetings, research, and report/presentation preparation.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director’s office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • •Coordinate meetings, executive events, VIP visits, and special assignments on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • •Liaise across departments and with external entities (customers, suppliers, partners) and represent the Group professionally at the highest levels.
  • •Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and travel arrangements, and oversee general office duties including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
