Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by proactively reaching out and engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to customers’ goals. Provide an excellent client experience, process basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while educating customers on digital and self-service products.

•Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.
•Assess and attend to customer banking needs by obtaining and processing customer and account information.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products, and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Deliver an optimal client experience: greet clients, process basic transactions, and open new consumer and business accounts while completing service requests.
•Proactively educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products, and submit credit applications when needed.

Key Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank/branch policies, procedures, and support systems, plus experience demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
