Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets and cost plans throughout data center design and construction phases.
  • •Prepare detailed estimating, cost planning, and benchmarking analyses from concept through completion.

  • •Lead change order management, including evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation of change requests.
