Key Responsibilities

  • •Support talent acquisition initiatives such as requisition management, candidate management, recruiting support, employer branding, sourcing, and talent pipelining.
  • •Help drive inclusive hiring practices by supporting equitable access and building diverse talent pipelines.
  • •Assist with talent development and learning activities including talent review and succession planning, career conversations, high-potential development, and learning program coordination.
  • •Contribute to HR business partnering work such as workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding initiatives, organizational design/change management, and people analytics.
  • •Collaborate with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and people leaders to deliver projects and strengthen engagement, belonging, and high performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • •Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, student organizations, campus involvement, work experience, athletics, military service, volunteer activities, or community engagement.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • •Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
