Key Responsibilities

  • •Upgrade, repair, maintain, and support digital projection systems, sound systems, and related event/presentation equipment.
  • •Monitor deployed cinema performance and manage timely repairs and maintenance to maximize operating performance.
  • •Perform technical fault-finding for call-outs and remote assistance, and assist the field service team with technical issues.
  • •Assist the Cinema Technical Manager with deploying digital cinema systems in new cinemas across Majid Al Futtaim VOX Cinemas territories.
  • •Provide technical coaching to projectionists, mentor stakeholders on new technical systems, and handle emergency service to ensure full projector and sound system functionality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or Technical certification in Electrical or IT, or technical experience in related fields.
  • •At least 4 years’ experience servicing digital cinema systems, preferably with Barco, Christie, GDC, Doremi, Dolby, and digital audio systems.
  • •Knowledge of field service and equipment repair.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
  • •Good understanding of cinema systems including projection, audio, automation, and control equipment.
