Job Summary

Assess and manage risk across an assigned loan portfolio by providing analytical credit oversight. Conduct annual reviews and renewals, perform loan covenant compliance reviews, and support the financial collection process. Partner with relationship managers to meet clients, gather financial data, underwrite and structure new loans and renewals, prepare credit approval packages, monitor industry trends, and coordinate closing/booking events while completing required compliance and regulatory training.

•Partner with relationship managers to meet clients, collect financial data, answer client questions, and ensure underwriting data accuracy.
•Analyze cash flow and other financial indicators to identify repayment ability, profitability, operating trends, and financial support of credit.
•Prepare credit approval packages, including financial spreads, credit presentation sheets, narrative, relationship summary, and loan pricing model.

•Analyze global cash flow for commercial and individual prospects, borrowers, and guarantors to assess financial condition, profitability, repayment ability, and related indicators.
•Prepare required financial spreads, credit presentation materials, and loan pricing model outputs for approval on new and existing credits.
•Complete annual loan covenant compliance and renewal processes, including required compliance and regulatory courses by due dates.
