Sales Support Associate III

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and keep the sales floor running smoothly. Operate POS accurately, support add-on sales and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted. Receive and process shipments and transfers, maintain stockroom cleanliness, replenish the floor, and execute visual merchandising updates. Follow Loss Prevention guidelines, manage stock levels, and support team needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
