Live Streaming Safety Operations Specialist, TikTok Platform Safety

Build and operationalize safety and governance strategies for TikTok’s live streaming ecosystem. You will conduct end-to-end case analysis, identify risk signals and emerging patterns, and design recall logic and strategy launch support. Partner with Product, Engineering, Algorithms, Moderation, and Operations to integrate strategies into automated review and human moderation workflows, then optimize outcomes using metrics like recall, precision, hit rate, and false positives.
