Job Summary

Administer, configure, and support NetSuite financial modules to maintain and enhance core finance systems. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Data & Analytics to improve reporting, streamline the close cycle, and deliver automation workflows (e.g., journal entries, integrations). Collaborate with engineering to build data integrations, lead QA and implementations, troubleshoot reconciliation/reporting issues, and maintain documentation for controls and audits.

•Enhance and expand NetSuite ERP capabilities to streamline reporting and shorten the financial close cycle.
•Translate accounting and business needs into automation workflows, including QA and post-implementation support.
•Drive process and reporting improvements such as automated journal entries and optimized data workflows for timely reporting and reconciliations.
•Serve as a key resource for finance systems—support changes, upgrades, migrations, releases, and troubleshoot reconciliation/reporting issues.
•Assess finance processes, systems, and controls; track risks and dependencies; maintain automation roadmap and system documentation for audits.
