Key Responsibilities

•Implement inbound logistics strategy across procurement, distribution centers, third-party storage, cross-docks, and vendors.
•Support and escalate inbound logistics issues, guide and train logistics coordinators, and develop SOPs for new and critical processes.
•Manage performance of daily delivery and shipping schedules, ensuring week-over-week adherence to standards and KPIs.
•Run weekly reporting for inbound loads and drive KPI/reporting variance reduction to improve standards and month-end analysis.
•Conduct shipping and freight/vendor invoice audits against contracted rates, manage billing disputes, and maintain shipping lane cost data for budgeting.
