Deliver person-centred nursing care in a Bupa care home, taking responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional and social well-being. Manage the unit alongside clinical duties, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, and ongoing evaluation. Coach and guide colleagues through teaching programmes, ensure safe working practices and compliance with standards, and provide clinical guidance to support CQC tasks.
