Job Summary

Support billing operations for a hybrid SaaS subscription and usage-based revenue model. You’ll generate and distribute monthly invoices, validate billing inputs by reconciling usage data to contracted pricing, and resolve discrepancies across CRM and invoicing systems. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to keep contract terms aligned, manage renewals and mid-cycle changes, and help with month-end reporting, revenue recognition support, and process automation (including Zuora integration).

Key Responsibilities

•Generate and distribute monthly invoices for subscription and usage-based charges.
•Reconcile usage data to contracted pricing and customer agreements to validate billing inputs.
•Review contracts and order forms to set up accurate billing terms (tiers, minimums, overages, discounts).
•Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies across usage data, CRM records, and invoicing systems.
•Support renewals/amendments and month-end close with billing reports, reconciliations, and revenue recognition alignment.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
•Experience with billing systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
•Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles is a plus.
