Key Responsibilities

  • •Own equipment performance, availability, uptime, and reliability metrics across assigned toolsets.
  • •Drive RCA for failures and recurring defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve tool performance.
  • •Act as technical escalation point for complex equipment issues, troubleshooting excursions and supporting qualifications and upgrades.
  • •Lead, mentor, and manage engineers and technicians, workforce planning, training, shift coverage, and performance development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of semiconductor equipment experience with team lead or technician supervision.

  • •Proficiency in RCA methodologies, SPC, FMEA, and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
