Job Summary

Join the Systems & Security (SYSSEC) team as the front door to hxOS, triaging and routing requests with an ITIL/ITSM lens while keeping stakeholders informed. •Own the front door for SYSSEC: triage, prioritise, route, and keep stakeholders informed on incoming work.
•Continuously improve service by spotting recurring patterns, identifying root causes, and changing the conditions behind repeated tickets.
•Build things that reduce the work: scripts, automations, integrations, and paved-road workflows.
•Partner with the business as the internal expert for hxOS, helping colleagues understand what’s possible with devices, applications, and AI tools.
•Contribute to strategic delivery (~20%) through platform design support, infrastructure decisions, and building technical foundations for bigger challenges.
