Electronic Services Specialist – Merchant

Provide operational support for Merchant services by reviewing account activity, maintaining merchant accounts, and handling inquiries. Monitor centralized email boxes and systems, responding accurately and timely while delivering high-touch service via phone and email. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, mitigate risk through internal controls, and support merchant setup and maintenance. This role also serves as backup to other departmental positions and assists with reporting and maintenance tasks.
